Peppermint Patty Stuffed Brownies



If you like chocolate and mint, these Peppermint Patty Stuffed Brownies are a great treat. When you mix rich brownie batter with creamy peppermint filling, you get a delicious dessert that's great for any event.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 24 mini peppermint patties
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Follow the directions on the brownie mix package to make it

Put parchment paper around the edges of a 9x9-inch baking pan

Cover the bottom of the pan with half of the brownie batter

Put the little peppermint patties on top of the brownie batter in a single layer

Spread the rest of the brownie batter carefully over the peppermint patties to cover them all

On top of the brownie batter, sprinkle semisweet chocolate chips

In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan

Low Carb Spinach and Mushroom Egg Muffins



These Low Carb Spinach and Mushroom Egg Muffins are perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast. Packed with protein and veggies, they're keto-friendly and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper

Add chopped spinach and sliced mushrooms to the egg mixture, and mix well

Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or use silicone muffin cups to prevent sticking

Pour the egg and veggie mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of each muffin cup

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden

Allow them to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin

Serve warm or store in the refrigerator for a quick low-carb breakfast option

Creamy Ranchified Potatoes



A tasty change from regular mashed potatoes are these Creamy Ranchified Potatoes. They are cooked slowly until they are just right. The ranch flavor makes them taste great, and the sour cream and cheddar cheese make them creamy.

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish optional

Instructions:

Dice some potatoes and put them in the slow cooker

Combine chicken broth and ranch seasoning mix in a small bowl

Put the mix on top of the potatoes

If you set the setting to high, it will take 34 hours, but on low, it will take 68 hours

Add sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese to the potatoes after they are cooked and mix them well

Add pepper and salt to taste

If you want, add chopped chives as a garnish before serving

A Slice of Heaven Cake Parfait



Experience a heavenly delight with this parfait featuring the exquisite flavors of A Slice of Heaven Cake combined with creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of A Slice of Heaven Cake
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:

Break up the A Slice of Heaven Cake into small pieces that you can easily eat

Put cake crumbs at the bottom of serving glasses or bowls

Smooth out some vanilla yogurt on top of the cake crumbs

On top of the yogurt, put a layer of fresh strawberry dice

Add granola on top of the strawberries

Do this again and again until the bowl or glass is full

Finish by putting some whipped cream on top

Do the steps again to make more servings

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can mix
