BBQ Pulled Pork Crockpot



Delicious and tender BBQ pulled pork made effortlessly in a crockpot, perfect for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns for serving

Instructions:

Season the pork shoulder with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, and pepper

Place the seasoned pork in the crockpot

In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, chicken broth, and brown sugar

Pour over the pork

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded

Remove the pork from the crockpot and shred it using two forks

Return the shredded pork to the crockpot, mix well with the sauce, and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes

Serve the BBQ pulled pork on hamburger buns and enjoy!
